The Tobu Noda Line, branded as the Tobu Urban Park Line, is a core commuter route connecting Omiya, Kasukabe, Kashiwa, and Funabashi. Operated independently from the Isesaki Line (Tobu Skytree Line) and the Tojo Line, the route was long dominated by the series 8000, and replacement by transferred series 10030/10050 and new types such as the series 60000 and 80000 has been progressing. In 2014 the Urban Park Line name and logo were added to improve the line image, and while the exterior appearance has evolved, the series 8000 remains an active mainstay.

– Modeled on formation 8172 assigned to Nanakodai Depot in the post-2014 configuration with the Tobu Urban Park Line logo added and CI logo updates.
– Recreates the exterior with the Urban Park Line logo on the front and sides of the lead cars and CI logos on each car.
– Reproduces later refurbished cars with HID headlights, LED destination displays, and roof ventilators removed.
– KUHA8400 is newly modeled in the form with the front-end gangway cover removed.
– Each car is printed with its car number. The Tobu corporate crest next to the car numbers has been omitted to match the prototype appearance.
– Newly tooled intermediate MOHA8800 reproduces the single-pantograph arrangement found only on six-car sets.
– The Jasmine White body with Royal Blue and Refresh Blue stripes is faithfully reproduced.
– All lead cars have illuminated head and tail lights plus front destination displays using white LEDs.
– Slotless motor provides smooth and quiet running.
– Body-mounted close-coupling couplers are fitted on all cars.
